EASTER CHARITY EGGSTRAVAGANZA WAS A HOPING SUCCESS!
The Easter Weekend Charity Eggstravaganza at the Killarney Outlet Centre managed to raise a staggering €11,535 in total for local charity - the Kerry Hospice Foundation.
This wonderful event was organized by Denise Whelan, Manager of Pavers, together with her brother Tony Whelan from Whelan Refrigeration, in memory of their mother who they recently lost to Cancer.
Over all the Easter Weekend event was a great success, with many family and friends coming along to support the event.
Denise stated "I would like to thank the public for their generosity and everyone who helped Tony and I make this weekend happen, family /friends and all the businesses that gave us donations and prizes. I would also like to give a special thanks to Paul Sherry who has helped us in every way he could over the past few weeks.”
Denise also went on to thank the Charity itself: “We are very thankful for the wonderful work of the Kerry Hospice, especially Dr. Patricia Sheehan and her team, in which our family will be eternally grateful for all the care our Mother received.”
